It is good, but it is situational. I prefer some perks that are available throughou the whole game, but a lot of people love situational perks / 1-time use perks . Personally I don't need Adrenaline if I managed to survive until doors are powered. But if you're the kind of guy/gal who pallet loops the killer the whole game, then brings Adrenaline .

24/11/2019 ÿú Sixty seconds is a lot of time in DBD so having nigh invulnerability for that long is super strong. Another great example is Adrenaline. Adrenaline heals a survivor one health state once the exit gates are powered and give them a free Sprint Burst while also ignoring the exhausted effect (so you can Dead Hard or Sprint Burst and still get the bonus speed from Adrenaline).
Adrenaline is a good perk, ignores exhaust gives sprint burst which can be useless if you arent being chased but it helps get there quicker it can save you from a hit with NOED or just a hit, it will heal you on the hook allowing easier scapes, it will heal you off the ground and while injured.
